I am using brown sushi rice, water, and salt. I cook the rice for about 20 minutes on medium heat.
I let it cool a bit and then put it in the Vitamix when it is done. I add about 2 cups of water and blend it on high for about 30 seconds. That’s it! You can season your risotto with soy sauce or salt.
