2. Here’s a great way to use amba with salmon fillets! Place four to six pieces of fish skin side down on a greased baking dish. 

Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Preheat the cookstove to 350°F and bake until almost done.

Spread a heaping teaspoon of amba sauce on top of each fillet. Continue cooking until salmon is cooked all the way through, about two more minutes.

3. This delicious appetizer uses triangular phyllo dough shells filled with amba-seasoned labneh cheese, which is simply strained yogurt that has been thickened with citric acid.
